March 7th: Collegiate NLC Intent Form must be completed by anyone wanting to compete at NLC
​
April 15th: NLC Scholarship Application Deadline​, through National FBLA
​
April 24th: NLC Registration and housing deadline, through Blue Panda
​
April 24th: Prejudge submission deadline, through National Blue Panda portal
Middle & High School NLC Deadlines
June 29 - July 2, 2026 | San Antonio, TX

March 27th: Middle School NLC Intent Deadline. Information will be emailed to advisers.
​
​April 13th: High School NLC Intent Form should be completed by anyone who was on stage at SLC.
April 15th: Final list of MS/HS NLC Competitors released by Colorado FBLA
​
April 15: NLC Scholarship Application Deadline​, through National FBLA
​
April 30th: NLC Housing Registration, through the Colorado FBLA Blue Panda portal. This registration includes optional add-ons and adviser selection for your NLC assignment duty station
​
​May 8th: NLC Conference Registration, through the National FBLA Blue Panda portal
​
​May 8th: Prejudge submission deadline, in National FBLA Blue Panda
​
TBD: National FBLA NLC payment postmark deadline - conference registration fees and other conference add-ons.
​
May 25th: Colorado FBLA NLC payment postmark deadline - housing fees and any optional add-ons.
MS/HS NLC Additional Information
Colorado Assigned Hotels: Colorado FBLA will be split between two hotels; both are $205/room/night. Advisers can select their preferred hotel during registration. National FBLA will provide shuttle services from both hotels to the convention center.

Preferred Travel Agency: American International Travel. Advisers can complete an interest form on their website and receive individual travel packages.

Advisers must sign up for hotel rooms for all registered conference attendees under the Colorado Blue Panda portal. During housing registration, advisers can also select to add individual Colorado NLC packages, which includes a t-shirt and bag of trading pins.
NEW THIS YEAR chapters can choose to purchase tickets to a Colorado-only activity on July 1st. More to come.
